Report Settings
Final reports follow a consistent format with predefined sections organized by organ systems (Clinical History, Technique, Findings by anatomical regions, Impression).
Final reports are written in flowing narrative style without rigid anatomical organization, allowing for more natural language expression.
Note: This preference only applies to final reports. Preliminary reports use a fixed style for all users.
Appearance

Adds a Fav Team theme in your team's colors at the top of the
theme switcher. Your team's colors are applied to the interface only —
status colors and study urgency indicators stay clinical.
Report Creation
When enabled, the report editor starts blank instead of auto-filling a default template — type or paste your own content directly.
When enabled, the "Generate AI Report" button and PDF AI extraction are hidden.
Turns off the "Fix Spelling & Typos" button in the report editor, which fixes spelling and dictation artifacts in whatever you've typed or dictated while keeping your formatting and structure unchanged. Works independently of the AI report generation setting above.
Dictation
When enabled, microphone buttons appear below the report editor so you can dictate directly into the report. Text inserts at the cursor or replaces any selection.
Voice-to-text provider used during report dictation. Requires the matching API key to be configured on the server.

Shift Detection
A gap of this length between reads marks the start of a new shift. Default: 120 min. Range: 15–480 min.
